We can make it work . . . . . because Breeza Fans USA offers in-house machining and has chosen high performance turning and milling centers which feature massive headstock castings and symmetric ribs for rigidity and thermal stability; on the fly wye-delta switching for peak performance. Our quality assurance through technology continues with the NR-50 Universal Balancer. This non-rotating unit is a single plane fan balancer that provides fast measurements and extremely high accuracy. Fan components do not need to be accelerated or decelerated during operation. Datastick vibration spectrum analysis is another tool that has been added to our engineering department. This state of the art hand held device is used to assure the quality of new installations and diagnose problems with certain application failures. Our Tesa Micro-Hite and View Master Optical Comparator add to our capability to provide detailed tolerances and measurements.
